The Agency for Housing Management (EBF) in Bergen municipality would like to cover its need for lift services and major lift works. The agreement includes: Operation and maintenance of lift telephones.24/7 alarm reception for lift alarms and lift telephones. Periodical service of lifts. Onseal maintenance of lift installations. The contract also includes major assignments such as: Modernisation and renovation of the existing lift. Complete delivery and assembly of a new lift to replace the existing lift. Repairs and replacements of major components. For larger assignments with an estimated value of more than NOK 1,500,000. The contracting authority reserves the right to competitive tender the assignment.
