Råde municipality needs a framework agreement for catering. Catering is hereby aimed at food that shall be offered for meeting and courses organised by the municipality, planned overtime work and other occasions, as well as events such as Christmas parties and celebrations for all the municipality ́s departments and units, arranged within the municipal border itself. The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of food and drinks to meetings and other events at the contracting authority. Total value of the sub-contracts, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. Food is considered to be standard catering/meeting food. A list of food to be offered under each sub-contract is given in the price list, as well as an option to offer further dishes under the same sub-contract. The contracting authority shall be able to procure products from the tenderer ́s other assortment. A contract will be awarded to up to 3 tenderers per sub-contract, apart from "Over-lubricated alternatives" where a contract will be awarded to up to 5 tenderers. The orderer will determine which of the awarded tenderers will be ordered for each call-off. The framework agreement that is signed will be "not exclusive", as the contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement for, among other things, internet based groceries and the procurement of groceries. Each individual entity ́s need will decide which of the framework agreements to order from. Requests have been made in the market regarding the requirement specifications and the price form/sub-contracts. This is done by email and some selected tenderers that the municipality has used a number of them already have been given the opportunity to speak. This has been done by email, no minutes or other documentation has been prepared from the market dialogue, except that Råde municipality has taken feedback as information.
