The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into three (3) framework agreements (parallel agreements) per contract area, provided that there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers. The customer will assess in the evaluation phase how many parallel agreements they believe would be appropriate to enter into. The aim of the contract is to cover the customers' need for building materials and fastening material. The aim is mainly that customers can maintain their buildings as efficiently as possible, but other needs can also arise, for example, small purchases for gutted training in schools.
