The Irish Red Cross seeks to establish two panels as follows - Lot 1: The design and implementation of a Programme of Employment Supports for Displaced People; Lot 2: The provision of a Programme of Language Skills Courses for Displaced People. The panels will be established for two (2)years with an obligation to re-advertise panels at annual intervals. While there is an initial closing date of 15th January to meet immediate needs, applicants may join at any time over the life of the Panel (2025 and 2026). Applicants may apply for one or both lots. In submitting an application, parties must associate with the competition on eTenders in order to receive communication and be in a position to submit a response. Responses should be submitted in Zip file format to protect the integrity of file names.
