The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of parking services. The parking scheme shall provide the municipality with extra income, ensure more and better parking places and increased commitment to entry parking. Income from parking fees and inspection sanctions will be accrued to Askøy municipality. Tenders shall be submitted for the entire agreement and all parking areas. Tenderers shall establish and operate municipal terms and employee parking places. Parking fees shall be charged in most of the parking lots. The assignment will include both inspections based on sign recognition and manual control. See the tender documentation for further information.
