II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:
In June 2017 Drammen municipality entered into a contract with Vingmed AS for electronic medicine handling. The municipality has installed 13 electronic medicine cabinets from Vingmed AS in the institution service. In addition there are 7 nursing homes that have electronic medicine trolleys from Vingmed AS. The equipment was introduced in the institution service in the period 2017-2019. This equipment with an original procurement value of almost NOK 30 million. The targets were to:1. Establish new tools for health personnel who ensure a safer medicine day2. Electronic documentation of the different processes in medicine handling 3. Reduced stock and minor casing of medicines4. Prevent abuse/wast from the drug warehouse for its own useOperative security council in the municipality has informed that machines with Windows 10 from autumn 2025 will be banned from the municipality's network for security reasons due to Microsoft's end date for security updates for this version of the operating system
