Bane NOR is considering to use its own technology and its own analysis environment to distribute the survey and parts of the data analysis. Bane NOR would, in this context, like to examine whether assistance can be sought from the supplier for the development of question batteries, benchmarking and a deep understanding of employee surveys. Bane NOR would also like an actor who can function as a professional sparring partner for internal analysis environments, especially as regards hypotheses and analyses. Bane NOR would therefore like to examine the possibilities for procuring employee surveys in the form of question battery, benchmarking and expert knowledge, separately from questionnaire technology and analyses.
