The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for supplier independent research, analysis and consultancy services within ICT. The framework agreement shall cover both role based programmes ("member/subscription based services") for IT managers and the IT organisation, as well as consultancy based on used time. Travelling to the Brønnøysund Register Centre ́s premises will occur.
