The contract is a three-year management and operation contract that will help the Utility Board to improve organization and level of service with the following objectives:  To assess the existing management and operational conditions and improve it throughout the contract period  To assist the Board in improving the structuring and organizational processes to ensure higher standards of service and efficiency  To support the Board in improving its management system  To support the Board in improving commercial and financial sustainability  Transferring know-how to the Utility’s staff  Purchasing and supply equipment, spare parts and operational resources  To support operation and maintenance activities EPAS Namibe provides water supply and sanitation services in the province of Namibe and currently is serving the municipalities of Moçâmedes, Tômbwa, Virei, Bibala and Camucuio
