The aim of this study is to develop a concept for the motorway service areas of the future in Luxembourg. This concept should allow to accompany the energy and mobility transition by adapting the offer of the motorway service areas to the changing needs of the customers, while maintaining a high level of revenue for the State through concession fees or other means. These needs may include amongst others continued fossil fuels supply, recharge options for LDV and heavy duty vehicles (HDV) as well as hydrogen supply. The contract will be awarded subject to the availability of funds.
