The Department of Medicial BioSciences of Radboudumc is looking for a Low repetition rate (~1-2 MHz) high pulse energy (~µJ) light source for 3- or 4-photon microscopy (hereinafter referred to as 'light source') for the new Evident FV4000MP Microscope set-up. The aim of the Microscope setup is to answer highly variable (research)questions in different projects. It is necessary to be able to image (twice) deeper into the sample than with a state-of-the-art multiphoton microscope. This can be done by integration of the to be purchased light source in the microscope setup for 3- and 4-photon excitation of the sample.
