Das vorliegende Verfahren dient der Qualifizierung von Lieferanten für E-Montageleistungen in Umspannwerken 110 - 380 kV und der Deckung künftiger Bedarfe der TenneT TSO GmbH.
Alle Unterlagen dieses Qualifizierungssystems sind Eigentum des Auftraggebers.
Die genannte Dokumentation ist nur für den Zweck der Angebotserarbeitung zu verwenden. Diese unterliegt der Geheimhaltung. Veröffentlichung, Vervielfältigung und Weitergabe dieser Dokumente an Dritte, auch auszugsweise, ist nur mit vorheriger schriftlicher Genehmigung der Auftraggeber zulässig.
Das Qualifizierungssystem umfasst zwei separate Fragebögen, die jeweils auf unterschiedliche Qualifizierungsstufen abzielen.
Der erste Fragebogen dient der Basisqualifizierung und bezieht sich auf ausgewählte Tätigkeiten im Schaltanlagenbau, wobei grundlegende Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse geprüft werden.
Der zweite Fragebogen ist für die erweiterte Qualifizierung konzipiert und deckt alle Tätigkeiten im Schaltanlagenbau ab, um sicherzustellen, dass die Mitarbeiter umfassend auf komplexere Aufgaben und Herausforderungen vorbereitet sind. Beide Fragebögen gewährleisten eine gezielte Entwicklung der Fachkompetenzen entsprechend der jeweiligen Anforderungen.
Im Qualifizierungssystem muss lediglich einer der beiden Fragebögen beantwortet werden, abhängig von den spezifischen Anforderungen und dem angestrebten Qualifikationsniveau.
Jeder Bewerber muss die beigefügte Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung (NDA) ausgefüllt und unterzeichnet an nachfolgende E-Mail Adressen nick.mertins@tennet.eu sowie lorene.klose@tennet.eu senden.
Erst nach Übermittlung der ausgefüllten und unterzeichneten Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung (siehe Anhang) kann eine Einladung zum Qualifizierungssystem erfolgen.

By this qualification system suppliers for e-installation stations 110 - 380 kV will be qualified.
All information´s and documents of this qualification system shall remain the property of the customer. The applicant shall be obliged to exclusively use the Confidential Information in connection with the qualification system and not for other purposes.
All Confidential Information shall be treated strictly confidentially by the applicant and must not be made accessible to anybody.
The qualification system includes two separate questionnaires, each aimed at different qualification levels.
The first questionnaire is used for basic qualification and is aimed at selected activities in switchgear construction, where fundamental skills and knowledge are tested.
The second questionnaire is designed for advanced qualification and covers all activities in switchgear construction to ensure that employees are fully prepared for more complex tasks and challenges. Both questionnaires ensure targeted development of professional skills according to the respective requirements.
Only one of the two questionnaires needs to be answered in the qualification system, depending on the specific requirements and the desired level of qualification.
