Porsgrunn municipality invites tenderers to an innovative, public procurement for the planning, engineering design services and execution of the new Østre Brygge. Østre brygge consists of approx. 425 m of brewing fronts on the east side of the river in the centre of Porsgrunn, which is in bad condition and which must be redeveloped. In this regard, the City Council has put an order on a price and design competition (a competition with solution proposals) where the aim is to supply the centre with new qualities in addition to solving the problem of brewers in poor condition.
