BKK is in the process of establishing new business platforms and has selected Dynamics 365 as its core for handling projects, cases and work in the field (hereafter called a Field Solution). In autumn 2024 a MVP of the system will be established. The aim of the procurement is to establish a contract with a tenderer who shall contribute to cover competence and capacity for product based digital development as well as consultancy. As a partner, the tenderer shall contribute to BKK reaching its goals for the Field System. This will require that partners get into BKK's social assignment and areas of responsibility, and both build and maintain competence in the contract period. The agreement will be based on the call-off of consultants, this will be done through an agreed minimum withdrawal to a possible maximum amount per year throughout the entire contract period. As the call-off of consultants will depend on the development rate, the minimum call-offs are given with a lower estimate than the BKK expects for the first years of the contract. A call-off will most likely not be made at maximum manpower during the entire contract period, but over short periods the number can reach maximum manpower. As a result of this the value of the procurement is based on a possible call-off during the agreement period. The value of the tender notice is based on a possible maximum amount calculated over the entire contract ́s possible length. The value of any changes can be higher. As there is uncertainty about the call-offs on the contract as a result of a development rate, the possibility to adjust the intervals in the contract is regulated. A contract will be signed with one tenderer. Dataforeningen ́s contract template for a Flexible Development Contract – PS2022 Flex is used as the contract basis.
