NPE and Helseklage deal with compensation claims from patients who believe they have suffered an injury after treatment failures in the health service. If a patient is entitled to compensation, there is a need for a programme that makes calculations to calculate the compensation. The system must be well-tested and well suited by being robust and stable, and that the current and high quality is updated in accordance with changed tax rates, basic amounts, lifetime calculations, relevant court decisions, etc., besides making correct decisions in damages compensation cases, the entities aim at reducing the processing time by making the processing time more efficient, standardising and simplifying the way they work. and we would like the system support to support this goal, with, among other things, integration with the entities' case handling system.
