Gratangen municipality shall renovate the existing Environment dwelling in Gratangen.  The building is from 1990. There are 4 flats in residences as well as minor employees. The building ́s technical installations shall be updated in the form of heating systems, ventilation and some electrical installations. The flats shall be upgraded. The employee part shall be reconstructed and expanded to a functional system in accordance with the current standard and design. Drainage shall be established around the existing building and a new part, the existing ring wall shall be insulated. Gutters, drains are to be replaced and the water is transported to sand traps. A new external storage room with a desk roof shall be established close to the parking area, in addition to an access road.
