About the contract
Every year, private individuals, construction companies and other enterprises submit around 90,000 building applications to the municipalities. The first line service in the municipality has limited resources and is experiencing great workload.
The project wants to find out how the first line personnel of building applications in the municipalities can have a simpler and more efficient workday.
The goal is increased confidence in the building application field through guidance services that both employees and users are more satisfied with.
