The Norwegian Health Directorate intends to use this procurement to continue the work of making Team that develops and manages the Norwegian Health Directorate'd system portfolio more efficient. The contracting authority would like to further develop the Team model, where one or two suppliers can, to a greater degree, have more general responsibility for the outcome of deliveries that are in line with the contracting authority's wanted business effects.
The contracting authority intends to achieve the following business effects:
* Flexible delivery capacity
* Continual service optimisation and effect right out
- Cost efficient and value-creating digitalisation / digital systems
- Standardisation, simplification, and consolidation
Extent and length
The contract duration will be set to 4 years with an option for an extension for maximum 2 years - 1+1 year.
The contracting authority sees the contract as strategically important.
